Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate support to our valued clients. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with tracking packages, scheduling deliveries, and resolving issues or concerns promptly.
