The Role
As a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our clients' products and services. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels, including email and ticketing systems. Your goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our clients' products and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
What We're Looking For:
* A user-centric approach to support, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services
- Experience in technical support, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Zendesk and other ticketing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional English proficiency, with excellent writing and verbal skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 8 hours on February 9, 2025
WorkSpace Requirements:
* A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- A quality headset
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone
