Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our part-time customer support team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers, handling their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide friendly and courteous assistance to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from check-in to boarding.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, resolving them quickly and efficiently.
  • Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions.
  • Verify and inspect luggage and freight, answering customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Work efficiently to load and unload aircraft, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage overbooked flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other customer issues.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related information.
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization.
  • Write anomaly and complaint reports as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Information, Abilities, and Competencies:

* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job.

  • Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and understand tagging methodology, rules, and guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances.
  • Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period.
  • Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis.
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft.
  • Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule.
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space.
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment.
