The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through authentic conversations on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and execute strategies that lead to successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
- Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Grow organic accounts through creative and innovative strategies
- Manage and communicate with active leads, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
Requirements:
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Income in $USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- 100% confidence in English skills
