The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Sales Representative in our Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the Sky brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Use your sales and communication skills to upsell products and build strong relationships with customers
- Build rapport with customers, understand their individual needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations
- Provide peace of mind to customers by finding the right solution for every customer
- Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
How You'll Be Rewarded
* Competitive salary: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £6,000 per annum (uncapped bonus)

What Else to Expect
* A 2-week training programme (Monday 10am-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, and Friday 9:30-4pm) to learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique, and learn what makes a great customer experience
- A 37.5-hour contract with two shift patterns on a 2-week rotation:
+ Monday 10:30-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 10-7pm, Friday 9:30-4pm + Monday 10-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30-6:30pm, Friday 9:30-4pm
- Working from home with all the equipment you need provided, but you must have broadband access
The Experience and Skills You Need
* 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
- A background in targeted sales and customer service
- A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
- Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
