Job Description:

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engaging with website visitors, providing prompt and helpful responses to their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure, to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and technology

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
