About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies

  • Assist customers with policy coverage, billing, and modification inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Texas address
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage emotions in a stressful situation
  • Ability to multitask, navigate system tools, and utilize computer systems/data systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills and Competencies:

* Customer service aptitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Reliability, empathy, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to navigate system tools, utilize computer systems/data systems, and solve complex situations with limited information
  • Strong questioning and deductive reasoning skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
