Job Description:

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through phone calls. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our clients' services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' services and products
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

• Work independently with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications:
