About the Role
We're looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to maintain our database by entering new and updated customer and account information from the comfort of their own home. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and familiarity with spreadsheet software. You should be proficient in data compilation and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
