Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, SMS, chat, and email interactions. You'll assist our clients with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, and answer general questions, while also de-escalating and triaging challenging situations. Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate support
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a health and wellness or related industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues
- Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles, processes, and metrics
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health and wellness and a willingness to learn and grow in this area
- Availability to work 2:30pm-11pm CST Sunday-Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off (subject to change to accommodate business needs)
