Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a key member of our Remote Customer Service/Call Center team, you'll be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities. About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Responsibilities
- Handle Emergency Signals: Respond promptly and professionally to emergency signals, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in times of crisis.
- Notify/Verify Alarm Signals: Verify alarm signals and notify customers of potential issues, providing clear and concise information to ensure their safety and security.
- Dispatch Proper Authorities: Dispatch the proper authorities, such as police, fire, or medical services, as required by the situation.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is required, as this role is essential to our 24/7 operation.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office, are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable, as we serve a diverse customer base.
- Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the alarm monitoring industry and its regulations is highly desirable, as this role requires a strong understanding of our products and services.
