Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Solutions Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handling outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings.
  • Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Managing collections calls for past-due accounts, offering empathetic and professional solutions while reducing delinquencies.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Upholding company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
  • Experience & Problem-Solving: Strong background in customer support or client services; experience in sales or collections is a plus. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computerized systems for record-keeping and communication. Familiarity with property management software (training provided).
  • Attitude & Teamwork: A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team while excelling in an independent, remote environment.
