About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, identifying and resolving customer issues, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. You'll work closely with our billing and eligibility specialists to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers, focusing on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists

  • Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Use effective communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
  • Inform and educate new customers regarding billing/invoicing setup and billing/payment procedures
  • Place outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary

You'll interact with customers continuously by phone and in writing, developing knowledge of our various products and multiple levels of benefits within each product to best assist our providers/customers. Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of current or previous experience with arenaflex's proprietary systems (arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're looking for individuals with a strong background in our systems)
  • 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our proprietary systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
