Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the core of creating extraordinary travel experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling emails, conducting comprehensive research on diverse destinations, collaborating with suppliers, and managing client travel documents and invoices. Responsibilities

* Craft compelling emails to effectively communicate with clients and provide personalized travel recommendations.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on diverse destinations, culinary delights, and engaging activities to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to curate tailored travel itineraries that meet our clients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Maintain updated client travel documents and manage invoices to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Organize travel arrangements for clients, encompassing flights, accommodations, cruises, and ground transportation, always prioritizing cost-effectiveness via preferred vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in travel destinations.
