Key Responsibilities:

As an experienced remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with conflict resolution, negotiation, or mediation.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
