Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers who have accrued reward points and are looking to redeem them for products, travel, and other experiences. Your role will involve:
- Answering customer calls and resolving issues related to reward points, shipments, and product purchases
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to complex problems
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company products and services
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and find solutions to complex problems

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be on resume)
- 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a call center environment
