The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude
- Surprise and delight each client, innovating ways to consistently exceed their expectations
- Respond to client requests and questions as directed, providing timely and effective solutions
- Apply for payments and send out payment reminders, ensuring seamless transactions
- Manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Coordinate concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
- Correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences
- Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed
- Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required
- Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM
- Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, providing timely and effective support
- Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture
Essential Qualifications
