We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to automotive dealerships across the country. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, tracking vehicle shipments, and escalating critical orders. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties.
- Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed.
- Keep a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity, even in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Available to work during the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
- Michigan resident, with high-speed internet access at home and a reliable computer.
