Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound calls, resolving complex account inquiries and ensuring accurate vacation details

  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to positively influence the customer experience and build strong relationships
  • Personalize the customer's journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and retention rates

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
  • Reliable high-speed Internet service
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, Internet, and internal programs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
