Job Description:

As a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing High Volume Calls:

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their issues are addressed and their concerns are alleviated.

Identifying Customer Needs:

Scheduling Appointments:

Coordinate with multiple technicians to schedule appointments for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Technical Support:

Building Relationships:

Account Management:

Process account cancellations and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve any outstanding issues.

Data Entry:

3+ Years of Office Experience:

Proven experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.

3+ Years of Customer Service Experience:

Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving customer issues.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM systems and data entry software.
