The Role
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team in various projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact with potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
