Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
- Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
- Interacting with customers daily and providing fast and friendly service
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
- Communicating effectively and providing friendly conversation
- Performing tasks at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
- Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
- Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking quickly
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career
- Willingness to learn and have fun
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles

Physical Requirements
As a customer service representative, you will be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
