What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.
- Gathering required technical information to ensure the resolution of complex cases, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support experiences.
- Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring customer satisfaction, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need:
- Excellent command of both German and English languages, with a minimum C1 level proficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a strong focus on communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Nice to Have
While not essential, experience in customer support and familiarity with CRM systems would be a great asset in this role.
