Job Summary

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns related to Medicaid services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced Medicaid services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide tailored solutions
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* Remote work environment, with the ability to work from home

  • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with access to arenaflex's proprietary technology
  • Your home office must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam
  • You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only; no Satellite, Dial-up, or Wireless Internet connections
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet, with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
