Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Virtual Livestream Chat Moderators to join our team for the SELF-LOVEapalooza Festival 2025. As a moderator, you will be responsible for engaging with the virtual audience, facilitating meaningful discussions, and ensuring smooth communication during livestreamed sessions. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions
- Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat
- Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
- Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers
- Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests
- Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule
- Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues
- Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included
- Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue

Essential Qualifications

- Available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and full availability on February 13, 2025
