Position Objective

As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary goal is to engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service to turn inquiries into leads for our automotive dealer clients. You'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging in online conversations with customers via chat, using your excellent communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation, helping our clients to grow their business
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our clients improve their sales strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not required
