The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, wearing a headset, and managing incoming calls while simultaneously working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone inquiries regarding customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshoot issues customers have self-registering, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, handling stressful and upset callers with ease
  • Work on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age

  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP)
