Job Description

As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders and providing exceptional customer service
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional chat support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize our software to advertise and sell shipping containers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure seamless follow-up with customers and maximize sales opportunities
