Job Summary

As an Enterprise Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and assessing big-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure
• Helping clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to use accelerators for new models, growing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance
• Working closely with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategy to identify and assess big-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure

• Work with clients to understand their current cloud infrastructure and identify opportunities to leverage accelerators and optimize performance
• Run benchmarks for current models, find opportunities to use accelerators for new models, grow migration paths, and assist with research fees to optimize performance
• Collaborate with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Tour to client sites and events as needed to provide technical support and showcase arenaflex's capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and technical sales
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and AI-optimized infrastructure
• Experience working with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to travel to client sites and events as needed

Desired Qualifications

* Experience with education and tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators

• Experience running MLPerf benchmarks
• Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard)
• Experience with distributed education and optimizing performance versus cost
• Experience designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
• Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The USA-based salary range for this full-time role is $100,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. In the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and applicable education or training.
