Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools – As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for our content teams, providing technical guidance and support to ensure they're getting the most out of our tools.
• Create reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset – You'll develop comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging workshops to help our external teams master our toolset.
• Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users – With your expertise, you'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring our users have a seamless experience.
• Escalate more complex or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to track these issues in JIRA – You'll collaborate with our tool development team to resolve complex issues and ensure they're tracked and resolved efficiently.
• Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams – As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be the voice of our external teams, advocating for their needs and suggesting improvements to our tools and workflows.
• Partner with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality – You'll collaborate with our engineering team to design and develop innovative tools and processes that drive efficiency and quality.
• Guide or lead cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion – With your expertise, you'll lead cross-functional teams to drive feature development from concept to completion.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and understand C# code – As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be working with C# code, so it's essential you have a solid understanding of the language.
• Good written and verbal communication, including working with external partners – You'll be working with external teams, so strong communication skills are crucial.
• Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback – As a team player, you'll be open to feedback and willing to provide constructive feedback to others.
• Excellent organization skills – With multiple projects and tasks on your plate, you'll need to be highly organized to deliver results.
• Self-motivating; able to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously – As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be working on multiple projects, so it's essential you can prioritize and manage your time effectively.

Education and Experience

• Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience – You'll need a strong foundation in computer science or a related field to succeed in this role.
• Experience supporting a live service or tool environment – As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be working in a live environment, so experience supporting a live service or tool environment is essential.
• Unity 3D game and tool development experience – While not required, experience with Unity 3D game and tool development is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software – You'll need to be familiar with defect tracking software to track and resolve issues efficiently.
• iOS and Android mobile development experience – Experience with mobile development is a plus, but not required.
• 5 years experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment – As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality code in a professional environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings and other work-related activities during this time. However, as a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your time effectively.

Salary Range Description

At arenaflex, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.

The overall market range for roles in this area of arenaflex is typically $150,000 - $325,000. However, your compensation will be determined based on your individual circumstances and will be discussed during the hiring process.
