Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Success Representative to join our hybrid remote and work-from-home team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with potential customer accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential new account leads through sales presentations and provide impeccable customer support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, scheduling appointments, and closing deals, to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Attend account management meetings and conference calls to stay informed about customer needs and preferences.
- Generate new business and customers by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to potential new customer account leads, including cost/benefit analysis on local competition, to inform their purchasing decisions.
- Document and track sales activity and trends within the region and assigned account, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to provide guidance and support on assigned accounts, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of success.
- Additional experience in business development, management, customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and maintain a reassuring positive demeanor when interacting with customers.
- A willingness to develop a leadership mentality and learn alongside other teammates, embracing a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- The ability to travel to and from customer meetings and potentially nationally for conferences and workshops, requiring some scheduling flexibility as needed.
