About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple social media platforms. You'll be responsible for:
- Fitness Account Liaison: Building and maintaining relationships with fitness app partners, such as Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms, to ensure seamless music integration and maximize brand visibility.
- Digital Marketing: Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth across various digital channels, including social media, email, and podcasting.
- Content Creation: Collaborating with internal teams to create high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and video scripts, that showcase DMG's music and artists.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing strategies.
- Voice and Smart Speaker Marketing: Staying up-to-date on the latest voice assistant technology and developing strategies to leverage this channel for music discovery and engagement.
- Digital Broadcast Conveyance: Working with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital content, including webcasts and social media assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth across various digital channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and video scripts.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest voice assistant technology and develop strategies to leverage this channel for music discovery and engagement.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital content, including webcasts and social media assets.
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and development or a similar technology field in the music industry.
- Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners.
- Passion for music and a strong understanding of the music industry.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
