Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Applying advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
• Analyzing user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and untapped content opportunities
• Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions
• Streamlining our content release and episode discharge process
• Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

• Four-year college education in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

We're also looking for candidates with:

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• An enthusiasm for Media and Entertainment
