Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch support to customers via tickets, chats, and phone calls
- Resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Maintaining a positive, friendly attitude and providing exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a ticket, chat, or phone-based environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Native English language skills, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- A fun, approachable attitude and a passion for working in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong internet connection and reliable computing system (Chromebook not sufficient)
