Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on:
- Providing high levels of professionalism and product knowledge to customers via voice calls, live chats, email, and social media channels
- Using a consultative and empathetic approach to resolve customer issues and provide positive customer experiences
- Efficiently working through tickets, demonstrating strong ownership in issue resolution, and communicating clearly with customers
- Continuously learning the arenaflex platform, staying up-to-date with product features and changes
- Collaborating with internal team members and business operations to optimize and support workflows
- Specializing in different account topics and becoming a subject matter expert
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Delivering efficient troubleshooting and query resolution
- Identifying, qualifying, and overcoming customer objections
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Managing and exceeding multiple performance-related targets
- Participating in ongoing product training and process upskilling
Experience and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferred experience in BPO, Call Centres, or Customer-Facing Teams
- Ability to work across multiple platforms, providing customer support using voice calls, live chats, email, and social media
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- An "Outcome-oriented mindset" with the quick ability to research and investigate
- Demonstrated high ability in providing customer satisfaction through empathy and problem-solving
- Experience working within a Global SaaS company would be highly regarded
- Zendesk experience is preferred
- Ability to use initiative in identifying trends and/or process improvements
- Adherence to internal processes and procedures
- Open-mindedness and willingness to accept feedback, whether positive or constructive
- Exceptional proactiveness, seamless collaboration with team members, and taking full ownership of tasks to drive efficient and successful outcomes
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
