Customer Experience: The Heart of arenaflex

As our Customer Support Lead, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for managing and optimizing our overall customer experience. You'll live and breathe our customer support portal (Gorgias) and address inbound customer questions across channels, via chat, email, phone, and more. Your goal will be to provide timely, empathetic, and effective resolution of issues, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily customer support operations to ensure seamless execution and timely resolution of issues

  • Proactively identify potential issues that could impact customer experience, such as weather and transportation delays
  • Analyze top customer pain points and relay key insights to the co-founders and rest of the team
  • Help establish performance goals and ensure team members are equipped with the tools and skills to meet them
  • Be a team leader/coach and assist other agents with escalations and unique cases
  • Collaborate with the co-founders and directors on special projects and initiatives related to marketing, product, growth, and more

Special Projects: Gain Holistic Business-Building Experience

As a Customer Support Lead at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to gain holistic business-building and startup experience by working closely with the co-founders and directors on various projects and initiatives. This will give you a unique perspective on the inner workings of a fast-growing company and help you develop a broad range of skills that will serve you well in your career.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce and consumer brand environments

  • Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset, able to thrive with autonomy and minimal supervision
  • Positive, empathetic, and resilient personality
  • Open, effective communicator and writer with great organizational skills
  • Flexible problem-solver with a data-driven approach and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Gorgias or similar customer support software, with AI app experience a plus
