Position Overview
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. Key Responsibilities
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats

Essential Qualifications
