Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing client relationships and developing tailored cold email strategies to drive sales growth
• Implementing learnings and iterating on strategies week over week to achieve optimal results
• Handling sales and client calls to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth
• Collaborating with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer success
• Based in the United States (remote work arrangements)
• Cold email and sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement (we're looking for a self-starter with a passion for learning and growth)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and tasks
• Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as Slack, Airtable, and email marketing platforms
