Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback, contributing to service improvements and business growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and support.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
