Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides vital funding to students attending K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls from families and schools regarding student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
- Providing accurate and timely information to callers, ensuring that all questions are answered and callers are satisfied
- Collaborating with the not-for-profit organization to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate in challenging situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort using PC and internet navigation
Requirements for Working from Home
* Wired internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- A secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace
- arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment
