Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative Team Lead - National Remote, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about arenaflex's services, including Optum Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, and Medicaid benefit plans. You will work closely with our care coordination team to provide referrals to providers and agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and provide referrals to providers and agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers
  • Utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility
  • Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the care coordination team
  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless communication and referrals
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (April - September)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand multiple services and multiple benefit plans for Medicaid
  • Familiarity with financial health technology a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

  • Experience working with financial health technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Telecommuting Requirements

* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $19.47 - $38.08 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
