Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations are desired, but not required.
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions.
- Basic PC skills, including typing at least 30WPM, and the ability to work with various software applications.
- Reliable and predictable attendance, with the ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position.
Physical Requirements
As a remote work from home employee, you will need to:
