Job Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer service to our diverse customer base, including Subscribers, Caregivers, Payers, Programs, Installers, Referral Sources, and internal Lifeline departments. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that every interaction is compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive.

Major Responsibilities

* Serve as the face of arenaflex to our customer base, providing superior customer service that exceeds expectations

  • Respond to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints from customers and internal departments, taking full ownership of problems until fully resolved to customer satisfaction
  • Conduct administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required to support the full complement of arenaflex's service offerings
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting expertise to customers regarding arenaflex's equipment
  • May actively sell arenaflex services or resell arenaflex's service(s) to customers who are canceling service
  • Provide back-up phone support to the Call Center as requested

Additional Responsibilities (Monitoring sites)

* Provide support to the Call Center as needed, ensuring seamless customer service delivery

Qualifications

* Education/Experience: + High School Diploma + A minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in Customer Service + Experience managing multiple priorities

  • Other:

+ Texas licensure is required for certain sites + Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling + Excellent telephone etiquette + Minimum Typing 40 wpm + Knowledge of Windows applications, particularly Microsoft Word + Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications + Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment + Level II certified as a Lifeline Monitoring Service monitor a plus, but not required + Good problem-solving skills a must + Attention to detail + Good team player + Ability to work independently + Fluency in English is required + Bilingual is a plus

  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual is a plus
