As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product offerings, and company policies to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

- Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and a Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
