Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our WFM program, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values while resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and memorable.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and accurate support to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to provide the best possible support to customers.

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field, preferably in a call center or WFM environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong work ethic, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or WFM environment, with a strong understanding of customer service concepts and best practices.

  • Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software, including arenaflex's proprietary systems.

Schedule

* We currently have the following full-time shifts available: + Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location

* This is a work-from-home position, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
