What to Expect
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our call center. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
- Developing and executing strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring call center agents to build a strong team
- Monitoring and analyzing call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of leadership, technical, and analytical skills. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
- Experience managing a remote team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
- Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
