Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that they receive a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Support clients and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through telephone

  • Perform routine tasks such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with work rules, policies, and procedures
  • Receive guidance from management and escalate non-routine issues while responding to requests or resolving issues
  • Resolve client issues in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Express empathy while assisting our clients in resolving their issues
  • Be comfortable with helping our clients on the telephone for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
  • Explore various computer systems as you research client needs and propose solutions, all while conveying information effectively and precisely
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, which will be key to your success

  • You will receive comprehensive classroom training, on-the-job training, and instruction to learn about arenaflex banking products, systems, and services.
  • Schedule may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the provisions of the shift differential policy.

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues insight, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Capabilities

* Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, gathering information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues.

  • Ability to collaborate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Fundamental Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to navigate various computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail and precision skills.
  • Ability to learn business processes and cycles rapidly.
