Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing price quotes, booking reservations, and confirming reservation details
- Utilizing software provided to take down customer information and communicate with clients via Whatsapp
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Logging in and out of shifts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the next agent
- Communicating ahead of time if unable to cover a shift or day due to unforeseen circumstances
- Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using software and technology to manage customer interactions
