Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing price quotes, booking reservations, and confirming reservation details
  • Utilizing software provided to take down customer information and communicate with clients via Whatsapp
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Logging in and out of shifts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the next agent
  • Communicating ahead of time if unable to cover a shift or day due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Familiarity with software and technology used in customer service roles
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
  • Strong knowledge of the private transportation industry and its services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
