Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolutions to customer complaints and issues.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform, maintaining the highest standards of service and accuracy.
  • Utilize NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Correspond with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, ensuring positive customer experiences and maintaining a strong online reputation.
  • Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient with Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
