Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you will be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues or concerns
• Creating innovative solutions to meet customers' needs and expectations, deepening their relationship with arenaflex
• Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
• Accommodating the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
• The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
• A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks

Compensation and Salary Range

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $22.12, with bonus incentives and benefits. Your salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
